__Hungry Gremlins__

{{Create a rule titled __Hungry Gremlins__ with the following text:
{{If there exist entities known as Gremlins, then there is a Gremlin 
named the "Proposal Eating Gremlin".

If the Proposal Eating Gremlin is Active then one second before the 
votes of the ballot are counted the Proposal Eating Gremlin will eat the 
kth proposal on the ballot, as listed went sent out by the Adminstrator. 
 Where the kth proposal is equal to the nth Gremlin number, where n is 
the number of proposals on the ballot.

When the Proposal Eating Gremlin eats a proposal it is removed from the 
ballot and any effects that might have occured as a result of the 
proposal will be ignored.
