I make the following proposals:

Create a rule entitled "The votes were public but you shouldn't have
known them" with the following text:

Each player who voted for proposal 227 loses 23 points, each player
who voted against that proposal gains 17 points. This rule then
repeals itself.

Add the following paragraph to rule 31:

No player shall be awarded a win and no player's information (score
etc.) shall be modified based on how e voted on a given issue.

Repeal rule 155.
