Judicial Compensation

A Judge, upon rendering the decision on a Call for Judgement, shall receive 7-D 
points, where D is the number of complete 24-hour days elapsing between the 
assignment of the Call to that Judge and the posting of the decision.  This point 
award shall also be made to all Judges who have decided Calls for Judgement in 
B Nomic prior to this rule's taking effect.
