\begin{proposal} 1. Create a new Rule entitled "Winning: One At A Time, Please" with the following text: A Player may not be credited with a Win unless that Player is not the last player to be credited with a Win. This rule supercedes all other rules dictating when a Player may be credited with a Win. [[ i.e. you can't win twice in a row. ]] 2. Create a new Rule entitled "Winning Rules!" with the following text: Upon being credited with a Win, a Player loses ownership of all Rules. These rules cease to have an Owner, though they may acquire new ownership in any other way permitted by the Rules. 3. Replace the text of Rule 122 with the following text: In the event of a Win being awarded, the Administrator shall reset all Scores to their initial value. If possible, play continues normally; otherwise, the Rules shall be reset to the state of the Initial Rules adopted at the beginning of play. [[ i.e. the Initial Rules adopted 02 Oct 2000 ]] \end{proposal} ...dave
