While I'm at it, I might as well make a Prop to fix this too: I noticed 
that R103 refers to "transmutation", when we have no such concept in this 
game. So, here's a Proposal entitled "R103 Fix". I would do this as a 
Trivial Amendment,
but I'm not sure this would count as an "unsubstantial" change. so:

Strike the text ", or transmutation", and insert "or " immediately before 
"amendment" in R103.
