At least you have Vienna...

In a different game, I'm Russia, it's March 1805, and France occupies
Berlin, Vienna, AND London. Yes, the trifecta, he occupies every capital of
a country he's at war with.

Russia, Turkey, and Spain are all contemplating various forms of the "piling
on" strategy - Prussia, and Austria look eminently trashed already...

Holland generates it's own income but buys no ships

I lose more points for Paris being occupied.  If I'm in instability, 
probably should be by now, I'll probably be dropping out of dominant power 
status this coming minor country control phase.
