Jim's plans at Paris, as he communicated them to me, were for the Russian
corps and 1 I garrison to stay inside the city, while Wellington's 2 British
corps and the Russian cossack fight in the field.  So there will be a
battle, and the tactical escrow should be sent to Jim.
