    After I gave that speech about only needing to declare things that change the map, I just realized that in the reinforcement phase, I failed to declare a change, but it was a change to the minor country status display, not the map.  (We have always made all minor country corps public knowledge.  I guess that counts as an exception to the fog of war/privacy principle I was stating before.)
    In any case, please add 3 inf. factors to the Tunisian corps, bringing it up to full strength.
