I think that's an error; I don't recall any French corps entering Austria
to place a garrison. The nearest French garrison I see is 1i in Zurich.

I have aliases set up at nomic.net for each power. E.g., if you want to
talk with Turkey, you can email turkey@xxxxxxxxxx That way you don't have
to remember anyone's email address. You're setup as austria@xxxxxxxxx now;
send an email to yourself to test it.

Unfortunately, moving my server to its new home has managed to coincide
exactly with picking up the game again, so neither the aliases nor the game
list will work roughly from Monday through Wednesday or Thursday.
