There is no reason I can see to postpone my land phase, so here goes:

Depot Removal: none
Depot Creation: 2nd fleet off Palermo  ($1)

1 infantry disembarks at Palermo  ($2, 2nd Fleet)
1 infantry London, drop 2I --> Birmingham  (F 6-)
1 infantry London --> holds  (F 7-)
1 cavalry London --> holds  (F9-)

Total cost= $3

There is a siege at Palermo.  Breach roll coming up...
