I'm supposing they explicitly said "printed on the map" to mean that the amount of reparations to be paid is based on the loser's _original_ home nation tax value. For Russia, that would mean $75 in June or $50 in June and September. What do the rest of you think ? -JJY
I haven't seen an actual game map in a long time. Is that something printed on it?
