Great Britain chooses C.1.c; the removal of the remaining two Russian fleets.  
I guess this means that Turkey's second choice is C.2; 36 month enforced peace.

Great Britain's second choice will be C.3; reparations.

I'll wait to see Turkey's third pick and then decide on Britain's.
