7.3.6.1 says that a depot can only be eaten up for auto-forage if the corps
doing so ends its movement in the depot's area.  I assume Jim intended his
Brussels force to move through the Austrian depot areas at Liege and in the
Palatinate, so he will have to let us know if those depots were converted or
simply burned.
