Re: [eia] Turkish siege assault combat rolls, Jerusalem 1/06 |
Here is my picture of the Spanish strength in Jerusalem: The two corps arrived with a total strength of 14 factors. The siege assault in October inflicted 3 casualties. The besieged forage in October (a roll of 4 on a 1-) inflicted 3 casualties. The besieged forage in November (a roll of 6 on 2-) inflicted 4 casualties. Nothing happened in December. So the Spanish should have 4 factors left, and thus will survive into round 2, if the Turks are not broken. So you should definitely roll for it, Danny. Sorry about the earlier mistake. -JJY ----- Original Message ----- From: <menexenus@xxxxxxx> To: "public list for an Empires in Arms game" <eia@xxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, September 30, 2004 1:40 PM Subject: Re: [eia] Turkish siege assault combat rolls, Jerusalem 1/06 > I thought the Spanish still had 5 factors left, but I had trouble finding all the relevant emails. I may have missed one. (Maybe I missed some foraging damage.) Anyway, Danny can clear this up for us definitively when he sends his roll (along with his garrison strength). > > kdh > > > > I could be wrong, but my recollection is that the Spanish stack had only 3 > > factors left, so it would be wiped out in round 1. > > ... > > I've now gone back and checked, and the Spanish lost 3 factors defending > > Jerusalem from a Turkish assault in October, and 4 factors from besieged > > forage in November.
