I agree with Jim that, due to winter, the forage for the corps force
marching to Lisbon would be 0- (meaning a loss of 2 factors), and the forage
for the corps at Liverpool would be 3- (the roll of 2 meaning they're fine).
The corps at Madrid would cost $1, the corps at Gibraltar would cost $2, and
the French corps would cost $2.

Also, the depot at Oran is not operational right now, since there is no
source for Spanish sea supply, and Algeria is no longer Spanish-controlled.
So this corps will either have to forage at 2- (2 forage value, 1 corps
present, 1 unused movement point) and not be able to lay siege, 1- and be
able to siege, or change its orders.

The additional costs in Spain and foraging in Algeria instead of paying for
supply would make the total cost $6.
