Wind gauge should be a tie since Britain gets a +2 to the roll for being British and having Nelson. The Spanish win the wind guage, and their 25 ships inflict 10% or 3 sinkings (which must all be British). The surviving 94 ships on the Coalition side inflict 20% or 19 sinkings on the Spaniards, leaving 6 surviving ships. The Spanish may retreat to Cadiz, Corunna, or Tangier(the closest unblockaded Spanish-controlled ports; Lisbon is now blockaded) or to the sea space outside Lisbon. Spain loses -1 PP for the battle. Both Britain and Turkey gain +1 PP, and Britain gets another +1 PP for having Nelson in command. I honestly don't know if Turkey is supposed to get this bonus as well, for having Nelson in command of the Portuguese fleet. -JJY
