Yes, we are getting ahead of ourselves.

But as I am not involved in sponsorship of any minors and I'm also not at 
war with anyone and nothing really exciting is showing up in my 
reinforcement phase, I figured I'd send it out so that way it'll be done 
and I don't have a chance to forget to send it in later.
