[eia] British naval phase, part II

The V British fleet, w/ Nelson, moves from the sea space off Christiana/Copenhagen to London, picks up the III fleet, and the stack moves into the English Channel.

Over the phone, Jim said he would not attempt an interception.

The III & V fleets, w/ Nelson, continue moving into the sea area off Plymouth, ending their movement and declaring an attack on the French IV fleet.

Again, Jim said he would not attempt interception.

Then the VII fleet leaves the La Rochelle blockade box and moves into the sea space off Lorient.

This time, Jim said he would attempt an interception, so that die roll is next.
