You are correct, JJ.  Adding Corsica and Palatinate brings the conquered
minors to $57/ 23MP.  Here are the political adjustments I have:
    -5  DoW on minors
    +5 conquer the above minors
    +2 gain control of Mecklinburg & Duchies
    -2 lose control of Mecklinburg & Duchies
    -1 lose naval battle at Lorient
    -1 scuttle Holland fleet
    +1 gain control of Sweden
    -1 lose Swedish naval battle
    +2 win naval battle & pursuit at St. Malo
    -1 lose siege at LeHavre
This results in a net loss of 1 PP, placing me in the lowest "9" box before
adjusting for drift..  (In listing these, I noticed I deducted the naval
loss at Lorient twice!)  I have searched the archives, but have not found
what I am missing.
