They'll both fight. Let's see what's in those corps.

At Sofia the 4th infantry with 9 factors is present.
At Philippopolis the 2nd infantry with 14 infantry is present.

Both are large enough to guarantee the destruction of the garrison in oneround so no rolls are needed.


That wraps up the Russian land phase as well.
