Well, Silistra is making up for its bad showing in the last war, I guess the Turks hired a new engineer and suggested this one not publish maps of his fortifications for anyone to see.
Sofia and Phillipopolis are breached, having no fortifications and all, so they have to decide if they will fight or surrender.
