Unfortunately, Jim, the Hamburg besiegers will have to lose 4 factors, since 
you didn't take into account the -2 forage value for winter (although you did 
account for it in the Saxons' forage).  In Hamburg, 4 (-2 for winter) (+0 
unused movement) = 2-.  Sorry.
