[eia] new map 

    Here's the new map for November.  Let me know about any mistakes.  (This map assumes that no Austrian corps will be removed from the battle of Turin.  If Austria chooses to take a cavalry factor loss (instead of only infantry and guard factors), then it will be possible for Austria to remove its IV infantry corps.)
