[eia] rule of thumb

    The rule of thumb we seem to be operating under is that it is too late
to go back and make corrections to one's orders once someone else has taken
a turn (unless corrections are made necessary by violations of the rules).
I can accept that as being a fair rule.  To avoid such arguments in the
future, I will never again ask to make corrections after someone else has
taken their turn.
