Re: [eia] French land phase, August 1807

The British at Piacenza will burn their depot and retire into the city.  I
would prefer that this siege be resolved in its proper order, after any
field battles are resolved for the phase.  Not that anyone had suggested
otherwise; I just know that the temptation is there to take care of the easy
things while waiting to resolve the rest.  Thanks.
