    Soult wishes to fight!
    However, I do not show the British having enough depots left to place 2
depots without removing any.  Before the British land phase I had British
depots at Opporto, Cuidad Rodrigo, Madrid, San Sabastian, Piacenza, Leghorn,
and London.  That leaves only one left.  Did I miss when you picked one up?
