    In the first round, the French inflict 1 casualty and 1.3 morale damage.
In the second round, the French inflict 1 more casualty which must be the
Danish cavalry factor because 0.8 morale is just enough to break the Danish
defenders.  If the British roll less than 1.0 morale damage in 2 rounds,
then there will be six pursuit casualties (leaving 2 factors), otherwise
there will be three pursuit casualties.
