    Here is the updated map for the beginning of August 1806.  Since Jim and I are essentially done moving and since Everett is on his way back to Wisconsin as I write this, I'm hopeful that we should be able to pick up the pace a bit.  Let's see if we can't finish August by July 4th.

    Next up: responses to the Political Phase I escrow, and then responses to the Political Phase II escrow.
