    Joel, I don't see how the cavalry corps can make it all the way to
Benghazi in one turn.  As far as I can tell Alexandria is 6 spaces away from
Benghazi.  So the cav corps would end up one space shy of Benghazi, and the
cost to supply would be $1, making the Turkish grand total $3 instead of $2.
    Do you want to do it that way, or do you prefer to change things around
some other way?
