[eia] Austria's phase coming

Hi guys, 

The map file that I was using to keep track of which of my corp are
where, no longer loads.  My backup copy is from 2 months ago, so I can
retrace which of my troops are where from there, but it will take me
more time than I feel like tonight.  I should have my orders out
tomorrow.
