[eia] Land Phase (08/05)

    Thanks, Joel and Danny, for your quick responses when it came to sending
out naval orders.  Now on to the land phase!
    France announces that it will go last in the land phase.  That means
Russia is up, followed by Austria, then Prussia, then GB, then Spain/Turkey,
and finally France.
    Attached to this email are 3 files:  a new up-to-date map, an image
representing the current political situation, and an image representing the
current state of minor country forces.  Please let me know if you see any
errors.
