    Sorry for the wait, guys.  I need another day to send out my naval orders.  (Officially, Spain and Turkey are not at war with France.  So, in theory, what I do should not affect them, and they could feel free to send out their orders early.  But that is up to them...)

sink 4 British men-o'-war with their 19 remaining ships.  France gains +1
PP, Great Britain loses -2 PP.

The British VI fleet (with Nelson) retreats to the Spanish port of
Cartagena.  Do the French wish to pursue and blockade ?
