RE: [eia] dice re-roll policy

	Since I'm heading out of town tomorrow and I'm not sure if I'll be around 
at all until I reach Columbus in a week, I'll have to accede to the 3-1 
vote against me on the Prussian rerolls.  No, I do not agree with the 
decision.  I think it is completely wrong to let someone benefit from an 
error in this manner.  However, as I am the only one who seems to be 
bothered by this, I will surrender to the majority who have voiced an 
opinion and let the Prussian rolls stand.
	The forces at both cities will fight to find out what is out there.
