[eia] Land Phase

	Okay, from what I'm hearing from JJ and Kyle they had a recent discussion 
over what seemed like odd actions being taken by my forces.  JJ pointed out 
a rule I had missed that says that if Russia loses St. Petersburg it's the 
same as losing Moscow and Russia is hosed.  I missed that rule as it makes 
so very little sense to me that I never went looking for it, but that's 
another story.

	Anyway, what they seem to have discussed is letting Russia move Bagraton 
and his corps back to defend St. Petersburg rather than preparing to fight 
a land war in Asia and letting Jeff build his depot in Warsaw as if it had 
existed last turn and then let him use his original land orders and siege 
rolls.  No, I will not accept the original siege rolls without this 
compromise or something akin to it.
	Similarly, if people want to take the land orders as they currently stand, 
I'm willing to do so and deal with the consequences, which is obviously to 
the advantage of the coalition.

	I don't really care and I'll roll with whatever we end up doing.
