As I said, you'd get to decide where to insert Britain in the turn 
sequence, but you'd still be moving with whoever among your allies is 
moving last. So GB if GB and her allies are using combined movement, GB can 
decide when the Coalition will move in the Naval Phase (but still must move 
with them).
