[eia] Political Phase summary, May 1805

   Hey, no problem, Danny.  That was one hell of a game yesterday, huh?  I
was on the edge of my seat until the very end.  Wow, what a season!  Now the
Buckeyes are off to Tempe to play for all the Tosititos...  Go Bucks!!!

    Ok, back to our fantasy world, as far as I can tell, the results of this
Political Phase are as follows:

- GB declares war on Russia (-3 PP)
- Turkey and Spain ally (+1 PP for both)
- Turkey grants GB and Spain voluntary naval access to the Dardanelles for
the duration of the war.
- Spain grants unlimited voluntary access to all alliance partners until the
respective alliance is broken.
- Spain and Great Britain will share Combined Movement this month.

I noticed that Prussia sent no political orders.  Was that a mistake Jim?
If so, please tell us what your political orders were supposed to say.
