Before Danny decides whether Lombardy will be free or conquered, I think it
would be fair for us to come to a consensus about whether Lombardy would
recieve reinforcements purchased in March if Spain keeps it free.  Did
everyone get the email I sent out about that ?

In any case, Britain announces that no visible changes occur during its Land
Reinforcement phase.
