Re: [eia] anyone out there? |
Thanks to Jason for giving us an honest appraisal of his ability to continue with the game at a quicker pace. I think we all understand that, given your recent career change, EIA can't be a priority for you at this point in your life. And I think you understand that this game isn't going to survive unless we can pick up the pace. With those two facts in mind, it seems to me that it would be in all of our best interests if we started looking for another player for Spain. (If anyone disagrees, please feel free to say so.) In the mean time, I hope you will still send out your April 1805 political phase orders (so that we can officially bring an end to the war). With Spain having just concluded a war and being in a state of enforced peace, this would be an excellent place to bring someone else into the game (perhaps even an individual who is completely unfamiliar with the game). Unless I hear objections, next week I will begin asking around among my colleagues in the M.Ed. program at OSU, and if you folks up in Wisconsin know of another reliable individual who might be interested in playing, feel free to ask them as well. Go Buckeyes! :-) kdh ----- Original Message ----- From: "JASON WYANT" <jwyant1@xxxxxxx> To: <eia@xxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, October 17, 2002 1:00 PM Subject: Re: [eia] anyone out there? > I've located my EIA materials and I plan on sending my orders tomorrow. > However, I will be starting a new job on Nov 4.
