I've located my EIA materials and I plan on sending my orders tomorrow.  
However, I will be starting a new job on Nov 4.  I'll be living on site for 
3 weeks of training and I'll have very limited internet access.  I'll also 
be moving again.  Frankly, I can't commit to picking up the pace of the game 
for the next month, possible for the rest of the year.  If I'm the one 
holding everyone up, I have no problem with a replacement being found to 
take over Spain.  I still enjoy the game, but it is definately a low 
priority for me at this point.
