[eia] Be back soon 

    Just to let y'all know I will be leaving tomorrow for WV.  I
will be back Sunday evening and will attend to my stack of mail
at that time.  {Hopefully we will be in the economic phase by
then}!  If I get the chance I may be online briefly tomorrow
evening before I leave but probably not.
