    After having downloaded OpenRPG, I can verify that it is indeed an
open-source version of WebRPG.  Assuming that the Game Server function works
correctly, OpenRPG should indeed meet our needs for online Empires in Arms
combat resolution.  I recommend that people download it so that we can give
it a try.  It requires 3 downloads totalling about 13 MB.  (The link is in
my previous email on the subject.)  Let us know when you have it installed
and running on your machine.  Once a few of you have it, we should schedule
a test run.
