I suggest that we skip this Tuesday, so we have a chance to get the
book and start reading. I for one won't get mine from amazon until
Tuesday at the earliest.

I also propose that we designate someone each week to present the
material and guide the discussion. I'll volunteer for next week. If it
works out well someone else can do it the following.

What does everyone think?
