[ALACPP] Nice upgrade offer at the moment

Don't know how many of you use VStudio at home, but they've got a nice upgrade
offer at the moment. Upgrade from .Net to 2003 for $30, and get full media,
manuals, and such.

VStudio 2003 provides full template partial specialization, etc, so is worth
it for C++ developers. They've also made the IDE a little more customizable,
by making yet more of it be defined by XML files. Very handy for plugging in
your own tools.

OK, I'll stop the sales pitch now, but I figured you might want to know.
