Not familiar with area.
How about Mexican, Japanese or Chinese cuisine?
It is hard for me to think of a place with a good
meeting area.

Couple of suggestions come to mind, but they are not
sit-down places, only planters or benches.

1.  Somewhere in the Paseo shopping mall.  Meeting
room quality may be lacking.  Good parking.
2.  Don't know the name, sandwich shop across alley
from Lucky Baldwin's.  There is a nice garden area
with planters and benches, but no desks or large
tables.  Lot quieter than Lucky Baldwin's.
