The problem is that you're trying to MGR a fix through several years, possibly
breaking all sorts of other things. (For instance, what about a proposal that
replaced the exact text that was in the comment rule? It wouldn't be able to
find it.) Personally I think it would make a lot more sense to /ratify/
several years of history, that will fix all sorts of other incidental bugs at
the same time. Or better still, just ratify current gamestate, why do we need
to fix history?

So my issue's not with the fix itself, but with how you're trying to apply it.
