I was planning on leaving the existing site there for historical
purposes. As is, you need to go to the Wiki for new CFIs and to this
database for old ones. Doing the same for old rules seems similar (and
perhaps easier, as I'd imagine you needed to look at an old version of
a rule less often than you'd need to look at an old CFJ.

And I may be able to write a script of some sort that takes all the
old stuff out of the database and puts it in the Wiki in some useful
way. I just wasn't going to bother unless someone gave me a good
reason for it.
