All of capital resources and Dimensions is fine. It doesn't actually do 
anything, it just defines things. I have to say If we were doing it again 
I would split the current rules into "definitions" and "processes", rather 
than having everything jumbled up

i'm not actually too fussed about cards. I played M:TG for too many years 
and was disillusioned by WOTCs behaviour at the end to get up too much 
emotion im affraid

see above. mainly though i'd make the structure of the rules different and 
try to make the entire game work without an Admin. Either the duties 
system, absolute transparency or some form of ministerial play are 
options, as is a Wiki
