Hmmm... perhaps I should trim the number of original cards in the deck 
- right now, Petty Theft would outnumber Swak ten to one.

If every proposed Card passed, we'd have a Deck like this:

20 Petty Theft
15 Your Spoo Has Too Much Fleem
12 Nop
7 Syn
7 Ack
5 Jackpot
5 Enclosing the Game
2 Syn/Ack
2 Nak
2 Swak
1 EOT
--------
78 Total

So Petty Theft, Your Spoo Has Too Much Fleem, and Nop would make up 
half the deck.

Maybe I'll cut those down a bit... say, 10 Thefts, 8 YSHTMFs, 2 
Jackpots?

I definitely like the idea of having dozens of cards that can be used 
to manipulate cards and whatnot, and then a small number of useful 
cards like Enclosing the Game and Jackpot that we can fight over.

And something to make it worth trading/stealing cards.

I think I feel some more props coming on...
