Yes. In this game, thanks to our... unconventional... starting ruleset, they're just meaningless. Usually the CFJ rule says that judgements don't become rules, just an explicit part of currently accepted game custom. Of course, rule 101 says that game custom can't be affected by the rules, and it takes precedence, so the only way that CFJs become part of game custom is because it's game custom that they do.

Which I prefer to our system. ;-)
