spoon-discuss: scripts, for the curious

The scripts I use to maintain the site are now available via the "Scripts" 
link on the game page.

A few things about the scripts:

poke.pl is used to update the database.
htmlizer.pl is used to generate the html.
scripts.conf.sample contains a bunch of configuration stuff
db.spec is a copy of the output of mysqlshow for the database and each of 
the tables in it.
